The Sports Festival held at the Kaneshie Sports Complex and the Dansoman campus of the school, witnessed over 200 sporting talents to battle for honours in football, basketball, athletics, scrabble among others.

The 17-year old, Agannah at the Senior High level, was awarded the Academic and Sports Personality of the Year at the end of the sports festival.

The Junior Princes, shocked their Senior Princes in the male Basketball division with 80- 60 result in the finals, whilst the Senior Princes took solace in the female basketball competition beating their Dansoman counterparts 30-20.

In the athletics competition, Lartebiorkorshie Junior High Schools side of the academy won with total points of 280 followed by Dansoman Senior High School with 160 points and the Dansoman Junior High School took the third position with 60 points.

In the male soccer competition, Dansoman Senior High School came first with 70 points, Dansoman Junior High School were second with 60 points and Lartebiorkorshie Junior High School came third with 50 points.

At the end of all the competions, Samuel Brown at the primary level was adjudged the most promising performer while the overall best performer went to Christward Asante.

The overall best school at the primary level also went to the Lartebiokoshie Primary Campus while Dansoman Primary campus finished as runner ups.

Also at the Junior and Senior High School level, Divine Perpple won the most promising performer while Mawuli Kabresi and Abdul Razak Rahma won the male and female outstanding performer respectively.

The Asamoah Gyan meritorious award went to Prince Asamoah. Dansoman campus JHS won the overall best school while Lartebiokshie came as first runner up.

Presenting the award to the winners the assistant proprietor of the school, Mrs. Yvette Brown, said the event, as an extra- curricular activity would help to unearth hidden talent.
