Even after several apologies by the GJA-Kumasi and Mr. Kwabena Kesse ( Owner of Kessben FM), Three presenters of a Kumasi based radio station, have hinted on death threats they have received as a results of airing false information about the Ashanti Monarch and the President.

The three, Ali Baba Duncan? Bary, Confident Kay Baah and Omanhene Adu Boakye have since lodged an official complaint at the Central Police Station following alleged death threats on their lives through text messages after discussing an article authored by one Alhaji Mohammed.

The article claimed President John Mahama and his Vice called on the Asantehene to impress upon Justice Akoto Bamfo, a Supreme Court judge to rule in favour of the President in a landmark election petition.

Speaking to Citi News, one of the presenters, Confident Kay Baah said, the content of the message he received was very simple and noted that ?your breaking news will break the death of people. You think you can joke with Otumfour, it is just a matter of time.?

According to him, he received the message around 7:47PM while his colleague, Confident Kay Baah received his message around 7:49PM followed by Ali Baba who received his at 8:04PM.

?I do not suspect anybody, I am just leaving everything to the police? he said.

Another presenter, Omahene Adu Boakye said the message he received stated that ?do you remember the killing of journalists years back? Get ready we will get you at dawn or noon. It?s just a matter of time.?

He remarked that he had confidence in the ability of the police to deal with the issue. OMG!Ghana-
