The 4-day Referee’s Integrity Course has ended successfully.

Over 300 male and female match officials have been taken through practical training on the laws of the game and training on match fixing amongst others

Local and foreign instructors also took participants through key skills in game management and techniques for effective refereeing.
Popular sports journalist, Mike Oti Adjei says the referees have a major role to play in ensuring fairness and anti corrupt practises, and will support the Kurt administration to work hard to wipe away the negatives about Ghanaian referees.
Referees are not encouraged to grant interviews after game expressed Dr. Toni Aubynn, GFA EXCO Member on the final day of the Ghana Football Association Referees Integrity Seminar.

He said the Ghana Football Association is willing to support the referees to succeed.

In all a total of 311 referees participated. The break down is 120 Premier League, 120 Division 1 and 71 Women’s League referees

The seminar took place at the Pentecost Convention Centre, Millennium City, Kasoa.
