Ukraine’s missile attack on the Russian border city of Belgorod has killed one person and left five injured, Vyacheslav Gladkov, governor of the Belgorod region, said Tuesday.
“According to the preliminary data, one person was killed. The man was driving, and a munition exploded next to his car. He died on the spot of shrapnel wounds,” Gladkov said on Telegram.
The governor mentioned that three men and two women were injured following the attack.
The Russian Defense Ministry said that 17 Vilkha missiles were destroyed over the Belgorod region by on-duty air defense systems on Tuesday. E
