The 66 Artillery Preschool in Ho celebrated its fourth graduation ceremony.
Headmistress Layila Talata Akaduma emphasized the importance of parental love and guidance during a critical phase of childhood development.
Addressing parents and guardians exclusively to 3news, Madam Akaduma urged them to nurture their children affectionately, emphasizing that children reciprocate their care. She cautioned against political tensions, urging families to focus on unity during the upcoming general elections, which she views as pivotal to Ghana’s democratic progress.
“Elections are vital for our nation’s development, not discord,” Akaduma stressed, highlighting the role of education in shaping future leaders. She underscored the preparedness of the preschool’s educators to impart essential skills for childhood development, calling on parents to support educational initiatives and infrastructure development actively.
Captain Mensah Ismael, the 7 Garrison Education Officer, echoed these sentiments, urging parents to prioritize investing in their children’s education as an investment in their future. He cautioned against frivolous spending, advocating for financial prudence in securing children’s future roles as responsible adults.
