Abena Osei-Asare, Minister of State at the Finance Ministry, has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of Agricultural Development Bank PLC (ADB PLC).
Her resignation took effect on August 7, 2024, following six years of bank board service.
Osei-Asare, who joined ADB PLC’s board in August 2018, held several key roles during her tenure, including chairing the Risk Committee.
Her recent appointments to the Bank of Ghana’s Board and the Financial Stability Council necessitated her stepping down from her role at ADB PLC.
Board Chairman Daasebre Akuamoah Agyapong II expressed gratitude on behalf of the board, management, and staff for Osei-Asare’s significant contributions to the growth and development of ADB PLC.
