Evelyn Boakye, the Ghanaian Marwako fast food worker who was physically abused by her Lebanese Supervisor Jihad Chaaban has stated that she regrets working with Marwako and a foreign company as a whole.

Evelyn’s face was dipped in blended hot pepper by her supervisor over the weekend for delaying with her responsibilities whiles her colleagues looked on helpless.

Speaking with Kasapa News’ Akwasi Nsiah, a disappointed Evelyn indicated that she will never work for any white person for the rest of her life.

She questioned why her supervisor will turn round to apologise to her after the heinous crime saying she will never accept the apology.

‘I regret working for Marwako and a white man as such, the incident happened on Sunday around 4: 30pm after the heavy down pour and he refused to allow me go home, he only released me at 10pm. How can you justify that dipping my face in blended pepper was accidental? He didn’t allow anybody to escort me home, ask him the vehicle he assigned to take me home. One of our security men took me home,’ she cried.

Evelyn who has been scheduled to visit the hospital next week further complained that she finds it difficult walking in the sun.
