Ashanti region representative, Prosper Dakora and Godfred Akobila have been highly listed as favourites to win this year’s 2020 TV3 Ghana’s Strongest Reality Show Competition.
They have gone through the qualifiers and the prelims to the quarter final, semi finals and their performances had been very impressive so far, so one of them is certain emerge winner.
Another finalist, Godfred Akobila has been relying on his experience as a regular finalist, but not yet taken the title, while youthful and exciting Prosper Dakora is also displaying his exuberance and massive support from fans to seal through to the trophy.
Other regular frontrunners Ahmed Boakye also from Kumasi and Mustapha Arhin from Accra are the dark horses in the exciting contest to determine the strongest man in Ghana.
Sadik Ibrahim was part of the contestants but went home at the quarter final stage in the hot reality show that has been one of the most loved entertainment and sports events in Ghana.
According to the organisers, there is a brand new salon car at stake for the winner.
Victor Ampofo aka Van Damme was highly tipped to retain his title as the previous winner the TV3 Ghana Strongest Reality Show Competition, but he has been edged out.
Most enthusiasts of the Reality Show who were interviewed said they love the show and hope the contestants will serve as real ambassadors in public and always replicate discipline where ever they are.
TV3 as part of their corporate and social responsibility seek to promote the entertainment and sports reality programme to contribute in the development of the nation as they help people to identify their talent by staging Ghana’s strongest which is one of the most lived events on their screens every weekend.
Ghana Strongest is a programme purposefully designed to test power, strength, stamina and endurance.
Faisal Alhasan from Kumasi became the first winner season in 2012, followed by Sani Mohammed also from the Garden City who won in 2013.
Kwame Kwakye popularly known as ‘Barack Obama’ was decorated with the title in 2014 and 2015 respectively for Ghana’s Strongest.
Courage Adukpo emerged the winner in 2016 held at the Oceanic Beach Resort in Korle-Gonno, Accra.
Damien Smith (Shaka Zulu) won in 2017 and again in 2018 when he awarded a brand new car as his prize.
Victor Ampofo who won in 2019 could not defend as he was highly tipped, so definitely a new winner is going to emerge in 2020.
