As part of activities marking Ghana’s 55th Independence Day celebration, Adom TV will on Tuesday, March 6 organize a musical event dubbed ‘Adom Concert Party’ at the National Theatre in Accra.
Some selected seasoned musicians billed to perform at the event include Professor Kofi Abraham, Daasebre Dwamena, Obuoba J.A Adofo and a host of others.
Comedians such as Bob Okala, Cocoa Tea, Asaase Aban, Ecolac and A1 have been invited to perform at the event. Their fans have been anticipating what is going to be the biggest night of comedy ever to be seen in Ghana.
The auditorium of the National Theatre is expected to be filled with tons of music lovers who would witness the event.
‘Adom Concert Party’ is being organized by Adom TV in collaboration with the National Theatre of Ghana and is powered by Multi TV.
Besides raising awareness about the cultural richness of the country, the event also seeks to enhance unity among the Ghanaians.
Increasingly, there is a constant thirst for more as fans are more than willing to experience the wave of excitement these shows bring.
All the artistes on the bill have a reputation for being able to keep audiences on their feet for hours on end; hence fans who will attend the event will be expecting nothing less.
According to the organizers, the ‘Adom Concert Party’ would be a weekly event which will be held on Sundays at 1:00pm at the National Theatre and will also be shown live on Adom TV.
The ‘Adom Concert Party’ will also be a big part of this year’s Kwahu Easter festivities.
According to the programme’s director of Multi TV, Abdulai Awudu, his outfit has lined up a number of entertaining programmes to be aired on Multi TV this year.
