The ?Airtel Island? is managed by dedicated Customer Experience Executives who have been trained to provide our valued customers with a world class standard customer experience.
The Airtel Island provides a wide range of products and services including Voice, Data, Airtel Money and Devices ranging from different types of phones, MiFis, Routers and Modems.
Yacoba Esther Amuah, Customer Experience Director at Airtel Ghana, said: ?Airtel, the 4th largest telecoms operator in the world, sees customer experience as a differentiator in the service industry. With the setup of the Airtel Island at Marina Mall, we are setting the standard of customer care delivery by having footprints in strategic locations in order to serve our customers even better.?
She explained that at Airtel, customer care meant recognizing, engaging and serving customers with the aim to delight them. This, she said, is what the ?Island? at the mall sought to achieve.
According to her, in order to get closer to its customers, Airtel Ghana has embarked on a shop roll-out project whereby new customer experience shops are being opened at strategic locations across the country and existing shops are being refurbished to meet the evolving needs of the customer. Existing shops that have already been refurbished include theRing Road, Takoradi, Tema, Tamale and Kaneshie shops.
