Editor-in-chief of the New Crusading Guide, Abdul Malik Kwaku Baako believes that the twice presidential candidate of the opposition NPP, Nana Akuffo Addo has done nothing wrong and therefore should not render any apology for his infamous statement ‘all die be die’.
He thinks the NDC clinch on the statement and sought to create the impression that Nana Addo was a “violet candidate”. He however, believes events that come after the election 2012 well explained Akuffo Addo.
“The basterdisation and distortion of ‘all die be die’ was murdered and buried by the dignified conduct of Akuffo Addo and the NPP post-election 2012” Mr Baako said.
Nana Addo yesterday declared his intentions to run again for the third time the presidential candidature of the NPP at his Nima residence.
These and many others prompted strident calls especially from the ruling NDC as a matter of decency and nobility for Nana Addo to publicly apologies and denounce an alleged inciting comments he made during one of his hustings.
Mr. Kwaku Baako maintained that, the ‘all die be die’ comments were not made “in public” but it was a political tete-a-tete which got leaked and thus quizzed the “logic” for rendering an apology.
Speaking on JoyFm ‘News File’ the chief-editor exalted the failed two times presidential aspirant and said Akuffo Addo could have caused an uprising in the country if indeed the impression created about him by the NDC was not mischief and propaganda.
