It will be fireworks at the Accra Sports Stadium as Northern Zone champions, Ampem Darkoa Ladies battle Southern Zone Champions, Hasaacas Ladies again as both teams compete for the 2021/2022 Women’s Premier League title.

Ampem Darkoa Ladies would hope for a comeback against a “Hasmal” Ladies side who ended the season with a record of 14 wins, four draws.

Having beaten Ampem Darkoa 4-0 in last season’s final, a win for Hasaacas would be a repeat.

This would be a heavy task on the “Nanamma” Ladies as they hope to break the unbeaten record of Hasaacas Ladies to represent Ghana at the Confederation of African Football (CAF) TotalEnergies Women’s Champions League.

Coach Stephen Sarkodie’s Ampem Darkoa finished the Premier League with 12 wins, three loses and three draws while Coach Basigi of Hasaacas Ladies have also went unbeaten in 18 matches.

The final would be a cracker to watch, with the likes of Doris Boaduwaa, Linda Eshun and Blessing Agbomadzi who would be threats to their opponents while Grace Acheampong and Mary Amponsah also seek to complete their title chase for Ampem Darkoa Ladies.

The winner of Saturday’s game would proceed to represent Ghana at the second edition of the CAF Women’s Champions League.
