Asante Kotoko goes into league open without Dauda Mohammed and Kwame Boateng

Asante Kotoko’s head coach David Duncan will be without two of his key players Dauda Mohammed and Kwame Boateng for their league opener against WAFA this weekend.

Dauda picked up an injury 14 days ago and only returned to training this week having been given time off to properly recuperate while Kwame Boateng is having thigh problems and will not be risked for this weekend’s game.

Below is the full squad for the Kotoko team:

Goalkeepers: Eric Ofori Antwi, Felix Annan, Ernest Sowah

Defenders: Atta Kusi, Amos Frimpong, Edwin Tuffour Frimpong, Ohene Brenya, Evans Quao, Richard Osei Agyemang, Ahmed Adams

Midfielders: Kwadwo Poku, Theophilus Nyame, Stephen Nyarko, Micheal Yeboah, Stephen Oduro, Bennett Ofori, Halipha Sedogo, Eric Donkor

Strikers: Elvis Amoh, Obed Owusu
