The Gonja communities in Ashaiman, Zenu and Tema have outdoored Mr Alhassah Kamel as their youth chief.
The event, which was held at the Mandela Park in Ashaiman, was attended by a huge number of people from the communities.
Mr Kamel, in his acceptance speech, said he would ensure that tribalism was not used to divide the people while ensuring the settlement of all disputes for better relationships.
Mr Ibrahim Baidoo, Ashaiman Municipal Chief Executive, said he was happy about the out-dooring of the youth chief and promised to institute educational scholarships for Northerners in the area who would excel in their education.
He said a yam market would be established for those in the business, especially for the women to have a conducive environment for better business.
