Ghana goalkeeper Azume Adams is confident of the Black Maidens? success at the ongoing U17 Women?s World Cup following opening wins over Korea and Germany.

Ghana is guaranteed top spot in Group B having maintained their 100 percent start to their campaign against Costa Rica ahead of their final group game against Canada on Saturday.

The Black Maidens started the tournament with an impressive 2-0 win over Korea DPR and then a 1-0 win over Germany in the group?s second match.

Adams has been very key for coach Evans Adotey?s side haven kept a clean sheet so far in the tournament.

The young goalkeeper who was voted the MVP in the win over Germany now believes the side can go all the way in the competition.

?I am not surprised. I knew that by the grace of God, I would win something more than this,? the Ghana goalkeeper said.

?We planned and I know we can do something more than that. I am happy about it.

?We want to have goals so we need to score more goals [against Canada]. We need to take this Cup to Ghana.?
