Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has highlighted his government’s significant initiatives despite numerous challenges.
In a recent statement on Facebook, Dr. Bawumia emphasized the enduring impact of several key policies implemented during his tenure.
Among the initiatives he cited are the issuance of the National ID Card, Mobile Money Interoperability, and the provision of free senior high school education. Dr. Bawumia noted that these measures are designed to benefit not only current citizens but also future generations.
“At various engagements in Yagaba Kubori, Builsa North, and South Constituencies yesterday, local Chiefs and community members, including the Paramount Chief of the Builsa Traditional Area, commended me for the positive impact of the NPP government over the past seven years,” Dr Bawumia said.
He asserted that his active role in these reforms has fundamentally reshaped Ghanaian society and demonstrated the administration’s commitment to long-term progress.
