Once a dominant force on the track, Ghana’s sprint star BENJAMIN AZAMATI faces a pivotal challenge at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games following a tumultuous year marred by injury and fluctuating performance.

The 26-year-old athlete, renowned for setting Ghana’s men’s 100m national record at 9.90 seconds in 2022, has struggled to regain his form after suffering a groin injury in 2023 that sidelined him for months.
