Receiving the honors at the Ghana Entrepreneurship Forum held in the?Coconut Grove Hotel in Accra, Bola shared the past of how his company?started in the boot of his car when he founded it in 2004. With a lot?of strides and support from partners and team, he has being able to?grow Empire Entertainment from organising pool side parties and end of?year parties to now having subsidiaries of a Radio Station, a Record?and an Event Mananagemt Company. Talking about plans set for him, he?promised within 3-4 months, Empire will open another FM station in?Accra as part of plans to set up 5 radio stations across the country?by 2015.
With the presence of the CEO of the Royal Bank, he stole the time to?again pitch an idea to partner to setup a 20000 seater conference hall?to aid entertainment and other events in Ghana having expressed his?displeasure at the over use of the Accra International Conference?Center when during the recent Ghana meets Naija, they were allowed?only 4 hours to setup the venue.
As part of his honors, he will be representing Ghana at an?international Investors Form to be held in Geneva this year.?Receiving other honors were; Cecil Senna Nutakor and Isaac Gyamfi.
