Builsa Traditional Area’s Paramount Chief, Nab Azagsuk Azantilow II, lauded the NPP government’s Free Senior High School (FSHS) initiative as “the most far-reaching social intervention of our time.”
Addressing attendees on Friday in the Builsa North Constituency, Nab Azantilow highlighted the policy’s monumental effect on secondary school enrollment, which has surged by over 600,000 in seven years. The Free SHS program, a flagship policy of the NPP Government, provides free education at the secondary school level, thereby increasing access to education and foreseeing profound implications for Ghana’s development.
He acknowledged the diverse accomplishments of the NPP Government, particularly in health, digital technology, and infrastructure, a recognition that is likely to make the audience feel appreciative and supportive of the Administration.
The Builsa Overlord’s remarks came during Dr. Bawumia’s visit as part of his constituency-focused national campaign tour. Nab Azantilow commended Bawumia’s recent victory in the NPP Presidential primary, affirming his prowess as a politician and leader, and extended blessings for success in the forthcoming presidential election.
He expressed his anticipation of meeting Dr. Bawumia as Ghana’s President in 2025, ‘Insha Allah,’ a sentiment that is sure to inspire hope and optimism in the hearts of many Ghanaians.
