A third case of COVID-19 has been confirmed in Ouagadougou, capital of Burkina Faso, health minister Claudine Lougue announced to the press Friday.
“Indeed there is a third confirmed case,” said the minister, indicating that it’s a person who was in contact with the couple already tested positive.
“We are in the process of taking stock of all those who have contact with the couple,” said the minister.
Burkina Faso declared its first two cases of COVID-19 on March 9, the two patients are a couple and the wife recently returned from France. Enditem
