A patient suffering from COVID-19 in Burkina Faso has died, said Professor Martial Ouedraogo, national coordinator of the response to the COVID-19 epidemic during a press conference on Wednesday.
According to Ouedraogo, the patient is a 62-year-old woman of Burkinabe nationality, also suffering from diabetes.
As of March 17, Burkina Faso has registered seven new cases, bringing the number of patients to 27, including 15 women and 12 men. Enditem
