Carpenter detained in Bogoso over Captain Mahama’s death

A 29 year-old carpenter has been detained by the Bogoso Police in the Prestea Huni/Valley district over the killing of Captain Maxwell Adam Mahama.
The suspect, Solomon Sackey, allegedly reported himself to the Bogoso Police on June 4, at 0900 hours and confessed that he was part of those who lynched the military officer at Denkyira-Obuasi in the Central Region.

The station officer revealed that information reaching his office indicated that four other suspects from the affected town were hiding in Bogoso.
He assured Ghanaians that the Police would get hold of all the suspects as soon as possible for them to face the law.
