Our attention has been drawn to circulation of fake copies of? the
publication Constituency Projects & Employments? issued by the Central
Constituency Office of Senator Chris Ngige, representing Anambra
Central in the National Assembly, projects so far executed? and
on-going in the constituency.

This reported prank is the handiwork of mischief makers whose aim is
ostensibly to discredit the beneficial works of the distinguished
Senator representing the Anambra Central Senatorial District Senator
Chris Ngige.

For the avoidance of doubt the original publication is a 16-page
booklet of A4 size document on gloss paper with bold finger-pointing
photographs of Senator Ngige in black hat on the front page,
complemented by an embossed Nigerian Coat of Arms. The bold photograph
of Dr Ngige in Chieftaincy regalia is also contained at the back page
with similar embossed Coat Of Arms.

Every project published in the original publication has a code, and a
page number in the federal project page with remarks carefully laced
in bracket on the top right hand corner of ach mentioned project.

Additionally projects are distinguished by type such as MDG and
Constituency Projects and by budgets years such 2012 and 2013.

Owing to issue of budget implementation in the 2013 year projects
included have gone through preliminary stages and are ready for award.

The 2012 batch is clearly marked ?completed? where applicable subject
to the limitations of 2012 budget implementation, which was about 60
percent budget performance.
We have received reports that in ?some editions in circulation? 2013
projects have been mischievously marked ?completed? to create
