Chinese Embassy in Malawi on Friday held a ceremony to celebrate 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in Lilongwe, Malawi’s capital.
During the event, different exhibits which illustrated the Chinese culture and CPC history were presented to delegates.
In a speech, Liu Hongyang, Chinese Ambassador to Malawi, narrated the successful story of CPC and its dream. He further expressed his commitment to see Malawi achieving its development goals under the bilateral relationship between the two countries.
The ambassador also assured all political parties in Malawi that China is committed to deepening the excellent bilateral relationship between the two countries.
In an interview with Xinhua, Eisenhower Mkaka, Malawi’s Minister of Foreign Affairs congratulated CPC for its 100th anniversary and for managing to uplift China into prosperity. Enditem
