In Ghana, a typical type of bully is expressed when the mere man is treated so harshly; a situation when he falters but a few count of people are treated like demigod when they do same.wpid-nigerian20judiciary.jpg

That is never right. It is never the right decision since we all are governed by one constitution which makes all of us equal.

Anas Amereyaw Anas, a investigative journalist brought to the country’s view, a video which showed the scandal of some corrupt judges in the countries. A nation striving hard to curb corruption can have such people in it. It is a shame.

HE John Dramani Mahama, referencing from citifmonline, said he had ordered the Chief Justice to further investigate the judges, “and they will be removed from the bench if they are found guilty.”
“Any other criminal proceedings that should be exercised will be done,”he added but this time it should not the normal toothless dog bark, it should not be too much sayings and words without action. Something must be done and done very well.

I challenge, the president not to challenge but change the status-quo this time. These Judges must not be treated like gods. They are human, who by their bad deeds, affected other innocent people negatively hence they must receive a deserving punishment accordingly. One which will raid off other Judges trying to do same. A severe one to set the line.

I therefore entreat all Ghanaians never to hold their peace till these corrupt judges we once saw to be holy receive the punishment they deserve. No one is higher than the constitution, therefore the constitution must apply same as it would on a lame man.
