An Accra High Court has today struck out King Faisal?s application for a court injunction on the First Capital Plus Premier League.

wpid-King-Faisal1.jpgThe club was in court last Friday to seek an injunction to halt the commencement of the league last weekend.

The GFA however announced that matches will go ahead at all league centers as planned despite media reports about King Faisal?s injunction threat.

However, in its ruling today friday morning, a Human Rights Court in Accra has dismissed King Faisal’s application.

This therefore paves way for the First Capital Plus League to go on smoothly without hindrance.

The league which is two matches old will continue as scheduled at the various league centers.
