We want to give them the exposure, confidence and motivation to be ready at any time, and always have the winning mentality. We need funds, because we feed them everyday after training. Companies in Ghana must not support only football and beauty pageants, but also boxing, which have always rewarded the nation with medals” he stated.

Mr. Mustapha Nettey, Treasurer of the GBF who is always present at the training of the boxers appealed to the Sports Authorities and Corporate Ghana to support the future champions in cash and kind.

He expressed that they need many things like food, medicine, clothes, transport ( a bus) and money (funds).
