The Serbian side arrived late in the evening on Saturday even thought they were scheduled to arrive early in Ghana in the morning due to a delayed flight as a result of poor weather conditions in Turkey. The team is currently in Kumasi lodging at the Golden Tulip Hotel.FK Jagodina comes in as a late replacement for the Anniversary Game clash as the Greek top-flight side Veria failed to respond to the organizers (Pacific Football Ghana Limited) request. But ahead of the long awaited 80th Anniversary cup match in Kumasi, the gaffer for the former Ghanaian Premier League champions David Duncan is anticipating a tough game from FK Jagodina.“This isn’t like playing a local club where the motivation is low. It’s with a foreign club and an international friendly. This is the type of games that brings the best out of players.”“We have quite a number of players – close to 30 players who are equally matched. We would want to see partnership in some departments; central defensive pair, central midfielder pair and the attacking pair. Matches of this nature gives you that chance,” Duncan told the club’s website. The kick off time for the duel is 5:30pm.
