–The Awash Basin Authority (ABA) plans to build two additional dams which could help prevent water shortage at the region that has over 18 million inhabitants.

–The first phase of Mekelle industrial park, which is located in Tigray Regional State, is expected to be completed next February, according to the state trade and industry bureau.

–Ethiopian Foreign Affairs Minister, Dr Workneh Gebeyehu, has pledged to do more to consolidate the relationships between Ethiopia and Djibouti.
