Egyptian officials?were offended by a belly dancing performance by Dina Talaat at the?African football event. The opening ceremony of the 37th CAF Ordinary General Assembly held in Cairo on April 6 and 7 was spiced with a performance of the Egyptian belly dancer, Dina Talaat.

Present were Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma, Chairperson of the African Union (AU), Joseph Sepp Blatter, President Federation of International Football Associations (FIFA); Issa Hayatou, CAF President and Faouzi Lakjaa, the President of the Moroccan football federation.

Issa Hayatou stressed the importance of this meeting for the development \of football in Africa.

Joseph Sepp Blatter , FIFA President also noted that ?It is an honor and great pleasure to be here today at the 37th Ordinary General Assembly of CAF. For me, Africa is my home and I have a strong affinity for African and African football. I always had a dream of a World Cup in Africa and it has come to pass. ?
