Titus Glover_0Daniel Nii Kwatei Titus-Glover, Member of Parliament for Tema East Constituency, according to information trooping in from the ongoing NPP Delegates Congress, was not allowed to cast a proxy vote on behalf of his colleague MP for Dome-Kwabenya, Sarah Adwoa Safo at the main Osu centre in Accra.

The MP is blaming the General Secretary of the NPP, Kwabena Agyei Agyapong of being the architect of the development.

He claimed to have received clearance from Joseph Ayikoi Otoo, Coordinator of the elections committee to do so but the new turn of event seemed to be against the earleir decision.

But the officer insists he needed another authorization from the party headquarters, Titus-Glover told Joy News? Kwakye Nuamah.

The EC official,?Alexander Poku explained that ?in the case of the MP [Titus-Glover], he has the letter but his name is not on the proxy list and therefore needed an approval from the party headquarters before he could vote.?
