Speaking at a press conference in Accra, Mr. Samuel Tettey, EC deputy Chairman in charge of Operations, emphasized the Commission’s commitment to maintaining the integrity of the voter registration process. You can be confident in the fairness and transparency of the process.
“We urge all persons who are not yet 18 years old to refrain from attempting to register during this exercise,” Mr Tettey cautioned.
Furthermore, Mr. Tettey announced that the Voters Register will be displayed at polling stations nationwide from August 20 to 27, 2024.
He urged registered voters to verify their details at their respective polling stations or via the designated shortcode for electronic verification.
