Norman’s career is marked by her leadership in the motorsports industry, having served as the Chief Communications Officer at Manchester United for two years and as the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Formula 1 for five years. Her significant contributions to Virgin Media and Honda further demonstrate her expertise and readiness to take on the role of CMO at Formula E.
As the new Chief Marketing Officer at Formula E, Norman will be tasked with managing the brand, leading marketing initiatives, handling PR and corporate communications, devising digital and social media strategies, and enhancing fan engagement. Henry Chilcott, the departing CMO, leaves behind a legacy of substantial achievements at Formula E.
