Eric Bekoe is expected in Durban next week to chase a deal at AmaZulu.

Striker Eric Bekoe has confirmed he is set for a trial with South African Premier Soccer League side AmaZulu.

The former Ghana Premier League goal king will be assessed by head coach Craig Rosslee ahead of the re-opening of the transfer window in June.

Bekoe, 25, signed a two-year contract with Berekum Chelsea last September on a free transfer.

?I should have left last Thursday but my inability to secure a visa delayed my trip,? Bekoe exclusively told

?I can?t disclose details of the package but my agent in South Africa knows more about. If anything at all, I will join them next season.?

Bekoe has scored three goals for Berekum Chelsea but more importantly cleared doubts about his fitness.

The former Petrojet striker spent two years on the sidelines due to a career threatening knee injury before returning home.

He nearly rejoined his former club Asante Kotoko.
