Former deputy Minister Local Government Minister, Kofi Jumah has described as a joke, the creation of the Public Sector Reforms Ministry by that regime.

According to him on Adom FM, the creation of the Public Sector Reforms Ministry did not make any impact as the status quo of the mundane way of doing things in the public sector, is still unchanged, years after the Kufuor administration exited.

It must be recalled that the government in May 2005, created the Ministry of Public Sector Reforms (MPSR) which was headed by Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom to among others, provide institutional home for all public sector reforms.

?the prevailing circumstances in the public sector is that of ?organized chaos? and sordid.The situation is pathetic since successive ministers, especially Education, should be canned for failing to bring their expertise to bare on their job.? he concluded. OMG!Ghana-
