Fan Milk Ghana Supports Effutu Traditional Council

Fan Milk Limited Ghana has donated assorted items to the Effutu Traditional Council as their contribution towards a clean-up exercise in Winneba.

The Clean-up forms part of activities to make this year’s Aboakyer Festival of the Chiefs and people of the area, which commenced on 29th April and would be climaxed on May 6,2017 when the two Asafo groups would go to the bush to hunt for a life Deer.

The items donated were One Hundred and Fifty (150) litter bins, a quantity of the Fan milk products and some T-shirts.

Nana Baffour Akwesi Oppony, the National Chairman of Ghana National Scholarship Beneficiaries Association (GHASBA), who made the presentation on behalf of Fan Milk Company at a ceremony held at Winneba, said the donation formed part of the Company’s social responsibilities.

He used the event to wish the Chiefs and the entire citizens of the area a happy and peaceful Aboakyer celebration.

Neenyi Ghartey VII, Paramount Chief of Effutu Traditional Area and President of the Traditional Council, who received the items expressed his appreciation to the donors for their kind gesture in response to an appeal and added that the Council would continue to partner them in their future celebrations.
