Fire Devastates Eastern Accra Zongo Lane; No Casualties Reported

A significant fire has ravaged the eastern section of Accra’s Zongo Lane, destroying multiple properties and shops.

The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) reported that there were no casualties among firefighters or civilians.

In a statement on its Facebook page, the GNFS confirmed that efforts are ongoing to completely extinguish the prolonged blaze.

Additionally, a separate fire at Kaosao Ghana Fkag on Tuesday burned several shops.

The GNFS has urged the public to participate in its fire prevention campaign to mitigate future incidents.
