Ghana winger Frank Acheampong will have to wait a while to get clearance to play for Anderlecht?s first team.
The 19-year-old is on a six month loan stint at the Stade Constant Vanden Stock from Thai Premier League side Buriram United.
The Belgian Pro League leaders will have the option of making the former King Faisal playmaker?s loan move permanent if he impresses during the loan period.
However, Acheampong who is capped once by Ghana, is not likely to feature for the 31-time Belgian title winners anytime soon in the Belgian Pro League.
Due to paperwork issues, Acheampong will play with Ren? Peeters? U21 side.
He has been named in the U21 squad to face Cercle Brugge on Saturday.
Anderlecht U21 squad: Acheampong, Alvarez, Canesin, Cekrezi, Da Rosa, Daf, D?Alberto, De Wilde, Dendoncker, Diarra went, Heylen, Jaadi, Kaminski, Lukaku, Mbemba, Rivituso and Tarfi.
