Germany has adopted a lawliberalising?conditions of attracting skilled experts from non-EU countries.
Taking the demographic situation into consideration, we increasingly depend on foreign workforce,Vice-Chancellor, Minister of Economics and Technology, Philipp Roessler said in?their newly adopted law to liberalising the conditions of attracting more skilled experts from the non-European countries.
The new law stipulates the introduction of a new visa specially for those who are looking for work. Immigrants will also be given a ?blue card?, an analogue of the American ?green card?.
The blue card will be valid for three years, after which the highly-skilled expert will be able to apply for a residence permit.
