The country, Ghana, is a high-yielding ground for most of the world’s biggest technology companies.

As a nation, we need to be proud to have the presence of MTN, Telecel, and other technology companies in the country.

We must appreciate the application of scientific knowledge for practical purposes, especially in industry

MTN is topping the list as the world’s biggest telecom market; Airtel is the second-largest.

The emergence of several digital initiatives and programmes, structured in line to provide the critical mass of the young populace with the necessary technical talents and skills, will enable Ghanaians to generate wealth, tackle the challenge of crimes, and cushion the effect of poverty.

The nation is hugely blessed with natural resources and a growing population that should be harnessed for the betterment of the Ghanaian people.

We must charge all the stakeholders to ensure they connect the people with digital technology for them to derive varied opportunities.

Equally important, Ghana should invest significantly in fiber optic networks as it proves to enhance faster and more reliable internet connectivity. It benefits the citizens, allowing them to be connected to the global space with the view to changing lives positively.
