The items include two pairs of gum boots, 20 face shields, over 100 disposable aprons, about 50 disposable gowns, over 90 coveralls, five litre gallons of sanitizers, liquid soaps, a veronica bucket, dustbin, bucket and dozens of tissue papers.
Dr. Mark Cofie Nutsukpui, Coordinator, Hohoe Municipal COVID-19 Response Team, who made the presentation on behalf of the Association said the Association noted that although the Hospital had received donations, a few more things were needed to boost morale of staff of the facility, hence the gesture.
Madam Rita Botsoe, the Acting Nurse Manager of the Hospital who received the items on behalf of management of the Hospital, expressed gratitude to the Association for the support.
She said the Hospital would make good use of the items to stem the spread of COVID19 in the Municipality.
