Ghana Under-20 walloped New Zealand select side 9-0 in a 2015 World Youth Championship pre-tournament friendly on Sunday.


The youthful Ghanaian side displayed scintillatin attacking football to crush their opponent with Emmanuel Boateng bagging a hat-trick.

Hasaacas striker Samuel Afful as well as Osei Barnes got a brace each with Prosper Kasim and Samuel Tetteh getting a goal each to complete the rout.

The heavy win followed their impressive 4-2 comeback win over Qatar last Monday as they continue their preparations ahead of the start of the tournament on May 30.

The Black Satellites have drawn record-holders Argentina, Panama and Austria in group B.
