The October industry inflation rose 2.8 percent in October, down 2 percentage points relative to the 4.8 percent rise in September, the Ghana Statistical Service (GSS) said here on Wednesday.
The monthly change rate was -0.7 percent compared with 2.1 percent monthly inflation rate recorded in September.
Acting Deputy Government Statistician, Anthony Amuzu, attributed the moderated PPI growth last month to lower inflation in the manufacturing and utilities sectors. Enditem
