A statement signed by Hanna Serwaa Tetteh, Foreign Affairs Minister, said Ghana was ready to enhance its cooperation and work together to see an end to such terrorist threats.

The attacks hit the Splendid Hotel, the Cappuccino Café and also the Yibi Hotel in the capital, Ouagadougou.
The statement offered Ghana’s heartfelt condolences to President Roch Marc Christian Kabore, relatives of the deceased victims, and the Burkinabe people, adding that “Ghana stands with its sister country in this difficult time”.
“We commit ourselves to work with the countries within our ECOWAS region to ensure that our citizens can live in peace and security,” the statement said. Enditem
