Ghanaian President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo left here Thursday to begin a nine-day visit to the United States and Cuba.
While in the United States, Akufo-Addo will deliver speeches at the Harvard Kennedy School at the Harvard University and the University of Chicago’s Institute of Politics, and discuss investment opportunities in Ghana at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, the presidency said in a release.
During his three-day official visit to Cuba, Akufo-Addo is scheduled to meet with Raul Castro, first secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba, and deliver a speech at the Law Faculty of the University of Havana, the statement said. Enditem
