Nigeria?s national telecommunications carrier, Globacom, has rewarded its loyal corporate subscribers with a sponsored trip to the United Kingdom to watch live the Barclays Premier League football match between Manchester United and Arsenal FC at Old Trafford Stadium in Manchester.
Globacom is the official telecoms partner of Manchester United Football Club in Nigeria, Ghana and Benin Republic. The operator used the trip to thank select high net worth individuals whose companies have successfully supported the company with their patronage.

The team which left Lagos for Manchester on the Friday night of May 15, joined other football lovers on Sunday to enjoy every moment of the encounter between Manchester United and Arsenal from the Hospitality Suite of Old Trafford Stadium in Manchester.
They were later taken on a guided tour of the Old Trafford Stadium, with the team having an opportunity to learn of many hitherto unknown facts and figures about the club, past and present.
