A Greek philanthropist based in Canada, Ms Danai Zachari has presented medical equipments worth Gh? 7,200.00 to the Koforidua Zongo Clinic to enhance health care at the facility.

medical suppliesThe items included ambulance stretcher, nebulizer machine, wheel chairs, and oxygen cylinder with flow meter, blood pressure apparatus, delivery sets and weighing machines.

The items were presented to the clinic by the representative of Ms Zachari in Ghana, Mr Ibrahim Mohammed Baba.

Presenting the items, Alhaji Ben Abdallah English, Chairman of the Zongo Community Health Committee, expressed his appreciation to the staff of the clinic for their contribution towards improvement of health care in the Koforidua Zongo area and the communities around.

He advised the staff of the clinic to take good care of the facilities to ensure its sustainability.

Mr Benjamin Ofosu-Brako, Senior physician Assistant in-charge of the clinic thanked the donor of the equipments and promised that, the clinic would use the items to provide better health care for the patients of the clinic.
