Hearts have confirmed they have reached an agreement with Nassam Yakubu as the club’s new goalkeepers’ trainer next season.
Yakubu is joining the capital-based side to strengthen their technical bench ahead of the start of the new season.
The Black Stars goalkeepers’ trainer is yet to sign the dotted lines but board member Frank Nelson has claimed he will join the Phobians before the start of the season.
“Yeah, I can tell you that it’s confirmed that Nasamu Yakubu is with Hearts of Oak. By the end of this week,” he told Accra-based Starr FM
“The important thing is to agree terms and once we agree terms, everything will be in place. But, Nasamu I can tell you will be with Hearts of Oak.”
Yakubu is the current goalkeepers’ trainer for Ghanaian side Medeama.
