A group of implacable NDC youth at the Northern regional capital of Tamale nearly got the Minister for Lands and Natural Resources and Member of Parliament for Tamale Central, Honorable Inusah Fuseini lynched during a forum at the Tamale Sports Stadium?On Sunday.

Recently, the Tamale NDC central constituency came out to declared their intentions to boycott party activities in the region for what they described as leadership insensitivity. According to them the leaders have been exhibiting gross disrespect for them by refusing to attend meetings and forums they organize.

So, it was against this background that these staunch leaders decided to call this forum to listened to the grievances of these seemingly disappointed youth.

Narrating the incident, Issah Dabali the Tamale ward executive said
” I have heard the youth insulting the minister. They said we will throw water at him. The matter was getting worse so I asked the minister and other leaders to be whisked away.

Just about the time I was leaving the stadium, I saw the youth punching blows at someone, I rushed there and found that it was one of the body guards of Hon. Inusah Fuseini who has allegedly slapped one of the irate youth”

For now, the reason for the chaos is not known but the Tamale central constituency chairman, Alhaji Ibrahim Andani was disgusted by the behavior of the youth.

The forum was also attended by other dignitaries of the party including the Metropolitan Chief Executive, Hon. Hannan Gundadow Abdul Rahman, Alhaji Hudu Yahya.
