Ramona tells In Touch: “I don’t use diet pills and never have.”

On May 11, Ramona shocked Watch What Happens Live viewers when she accused Sonja Morgan of mixing alcohol and pills. Not one to shy away from a fight, Sonja, 52, retaliated, claiming that Ramona, 59, is the one “on pills.”

“Perhaps if I did,” Ramona tells In Touch, “I would not be 5 pounds over my normal weight!”
